[hosting] Small DNS Changes

pentaclemoon, victorria, and lori should pay particular attention here, it's just FYI for everyone else.

We're finally pulling the network plug on the old server this week. There should be no problems, difficulties, or so much as a hangnail from this, but one never can tell. Domains that will be affected by the changes detailed below are arellanes.org, freyasfolk.org, hawksong.com, lowbudgetweddings.com, nearmusic.com, and victorria.com.

One possible issue is that of DNS. It appears that one of the registrars that's used to register domains that I host, everyone's least favorite dinosaur Network Solutions, is still, despite my repeated attempts, showing the old IP address of 216.224.91.230. Don't bitch at me about NetSol, either, it's not my fault; I personally use MelbourneIT, and yes, I know everyone else likes Joker, Ghandi, or a bowl of Rice Krispies -- this isn't about that. Heck, when snugharbor.com was registered, they were the only game in town, and we liked it!

Ahem.

Anyway, in an attempt to coax the nice dinosaur to please change its peasized mind, I have told Network Solutions to please use its own name servers, and given those name servers very specific instructions about what IP addresses to use for web, mail, etc.

This almost certainly won't break anything, but behold the power of "almost" that reveals that I know that lo, those are often Famous Last Words. If something does break, it'll be bad, but short-lived: the affected domains will not be reachable until the various databases completely propagate the new data, which can take 24-48 hours.
