ardzxf++! Their donation of a 40GB IDE drive has provisionally cured my tivo's stutter. I lost all the programs I'd had on there, but that's a small price to pay to once again have a usable appliance...In other news, there's an incredible amount of crap under my keyboard keys. It's mostly a mat of George hair that's caught several years' worth of crumbs. All together now: Eeeeew...
Oh, and, from the, "um..." department, the following is offered with the proviso that it's non work-safe, which also comes to us by way of
ardaniel, but doesn't obliviate the wonder of the tivo's hard drive. 8-)Tomorrow... the yarn shopping! Huzzah!
