tolyn is a police officer with the Oakland Housing Authority. He posts the best stories from his work in his journal, which you can get to in the usual way. You'll find a couple sappy little-kid stories, a few military stories, and many stories of life on the streets o'Oakland, which mostly has schaudenfreude value.
