Hee! I never saw Ren and Stimpy, only heard of it. I'n not sure if it ever got to this side of the Pond, or not while I was watching TV (we didn't have a TV at all from about 1970 to '75).
But I remember a story (by Asimov, possibly) about the curator of a museum thinking about the time machine which had never been used. Until someone kame in and wanted to try it. And the next scene is the curator thinking how it had never been used...
Well, in most LJ polls, there's a completely silly "tickybox!" question or option--probably because by default LJ offers two questions in a poll, but one may have one, or more, as one likes, even if the interface doesn't make this obvious.
