Trader Joe's Dijon Mustard is a little too mustardy to work well in a honey-mustard salad dressing, unless by "salad dressing" you mean "sinus cleaner", because WHOA.

I like mustard! I like strong flavors, and I fear no mustard--however, I am sad that I cannot taste the honey for the mustard. Had I wanted this, I would have put mustard on the salad, you know?
