lwoodI'm fairly well slammed setting up high-end Linux workstations around the Mad Scientists' home just now, but I stopped a moment to help a user install our anti-virus software, then get her on the road to installing XP SP2 on her freshly-reinstalled computer.
When I wrote to explain that it would, alas, be some time before I could configure her printers (see above), she said:
