You'll find a full set of Arthur Rackham's Ring prints, plus line art scanned in from a German libretto dr_beowulf found and I uploaded.

In the Ring cycle, the Nornir only appear in the first act of Götterdämmerung, so you'll find them in the first couple pictures from that gallery, as well as the original for the above-cited icon, which you'll find in the "Line Art" collection.

Squeee! I'm just as happy with "dwarfs" in place of "dwarves", the former being the pre-Tolkien plural and thence more old school. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

However, I'm having trouble finding a good, strong, Freyja picture. Lo, I know that smitation will be mine if I use one of the sexkitty poses, or, worse, use Freia from Rheingold, aka, "What's Idunna doing here?"

Hacking up a Brunnhilde, though, would be more doable.
