Brief Lorien Downtime

lwoodLorien was down for awhile this afternoon, and webmail down for a few hours, because of a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply, aka "a battery") failure. Webmail doesn't come back up when the rest of everything does, so it was down until just now.
